Hey, I'm not dead, peoples

Yeah, things've been a bit hectic lately.

Okay. So. School's been damn stressful - I had no lunchtimes free last week, I spent a couple breaktimes trying to do music (and you can't do a lot in fifteen minutes), and stayed back every day. This is mainly because I was ill Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, and I was kinda counting on having the Monday and Tuesday to work on my composition, which was due in on Friday. So, I've been stressed. My composition isn't quite finished, but the teacher said she was okay with that. So, phew. And I had a couple NABs (like mini exams with C level questions, one per unit) and a test. Surpsisingly, I passed em all, though I thought I'd failed my maths test because I didn't even finish it. Also, got full marks for chemistry Oh, and I now get in at eight on a Tuesday Damn guitar group, it's in town and I have to get the bus, so it's an hour there and an hour back. Seeing as it's 5-7, that makes for a long day.

Hallowe'en was amazing. It was a friend's birthday, so we went to a Chinese restaurant. Didn't know most of the people, cause I go to a different school, but they were really friendly. One girl told me my voice sounded like poetry I'm inclined to doubt that, I dislike my voice, but it was nice of her. Never been told that before, anyway. Also, I had my hair in braids for the first time ever (it took ages, my hair's really long) and when we were hanging around uptown, a random guy told me he liked them XD So, I made a new friend. My friend thinks he may have been interested. I'm not, and I kinda doubt he is, but it's certainly flattering.

Then, in the evening another friend had an outdoor party, with a bonfire. I was a pirate Unfortunately, this may have made me ill, because that night I had a fever and flu like symptoms. I was ill a couple days, and my voice is still all hoarse and I'm coughing like a smoker, but I'm pretty much better now.

Also, saw Jennifer's body for someone else's birthday today. It was pretty good, though a bit gory XD I liked it. Also, Megan Fox is hot, so that helped XD

Oh, and new trailer for New Moon... Still can't decide whether it's going to be any good. Twilight was utter shite, but Taylor Lautner (who plays Jacob Black) is pretty damn hot, especially shirtless () so at least there'll be eye candy. Another friend has a birthday around then and is pretty much in love with Lautner, so I'll definitely be seeing it, anyway.

I quit the band I was guitarist in. This was mainly because the others were pretty serious about it - entering a competition for a record contract and everything - and I'm just not cut out for that life. Too shy and insecure

How's everyone been? I've been neglecting journals and deviations shockingly, I have over 700 deviations. How are you guys?
